Natté is a lifestyle and gifting boutique based in Qatar, offering thoughtfully curated products, including pajama sets, mugs, matcha sets, accessories, greeting cards, and gifts.

We reserve the right to update our product selection, prices, and website content when necessary.

2. Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, and measurements.
• Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, materials, and available options before ordering.
• If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
• Payments must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.
• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if preparation or processing has already begun.
• Customers wishing to request a change or cancellation should contact our team as soon as possible.
• Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before completing payment.
• Website orders must be paid online at checkout.
• Cash on delivery is available only for orders placed through WhatsApp by returning customers who have ordered from Natté before and have been approved by our team.

4. Delivery Policy

Natté currently provides delivery within Qatar only.

• Delivery fees are QAR 30 inside Doha and nearby areas, and QAR 50 outside Doha (including Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Dukhan, Al Jumailiyah and other areas).
• During regular business days, orders are usually processed and delivered on the same day, subject to product availability and delivery schedules.
• During weekends, public holidays, and special occasions, delivery may take approximately 2–5 days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details and being reachable when the delivery arrives.
• International shipping is currently unavailable.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Natté, we take care in preparing every order.

• Returns or exchanges due solely to a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law.
• Customers are encouraged to review the size details in the product description before purchasing.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the order, customers should contact our team promptly.
• We recommend reporting visible delivery damage within 24 hours of receiving the order, together with the order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
• Our team will review each case and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• The recommended reporting period does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts rights or remedies guaranteed under Qatar's applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Gift Wrapping & Packaging

• Pajama sets and matcha sets are presented in Natté gift boxes.
• Other individually purchased products are generally wrapped in decorative paper and presented in Natté shopping bags.
• Greeting cards purchased individually are provided in protective packaging.
• Additional gift wrapping or special presentation requests may be available, depending on the product, packaging materials, and confirmation by our team.
• Where optional premium gift wrapping is offered, any additional charges will be communicated before purchase.
• Gift wrapping colors, ribbons, and decorative details may vary according to availability. Any variations will not affect the product purchased.

7. Personalized Products & Greeting Cards

• Customers are responsible for checking the spelling and accuracy of any personalized message or instructions submitted.
• By uploading a photo, customers confirm they have the right to use it. Uploaded photos are used only to prepare their order.
• Personalization requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Changes to personalized items may not be possible once preparation has begun.
• Personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.
• If a personalized item is defective or differs from the agreed specifications, customers should contact our team for assistance.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and validity periods.
• Offers may be limited to selected products or specific purchase conditions.
• Discounts cannot necessarily be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Any applicable discount must be applied before completing checkout.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Qatar's applicable laws, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
